We offer free shipping on all orders over $49, however some restrictions do apply.

Some of our manufacturers require us to charge a portion of the freight costs regardless of any free shipping we may offer. These manufacturers include but may not be limited to Monte Design and Argington.

Also some over-sized, bulky and/or heavy items, such as some toys and most furniture have higher shipping costs than others. Therefore, these large items may have a shipping surcharge which is applied during checkout.

Please note that although some of the larger items do appear to contain significant shipping costs, we do our best to only pass a portion of our actual shipping costs onto our customers.

Orders placed by 12 Noon PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within 2-3 business days. Shipments can be quoted for next day. Please call us to be certain of a rush status and make a note on your order form. We will quote shipping as soon as possible.

We offer several shipping options for delivery within the U.S.: Ground, Express and Next Day Air. Furniture items are shipped via Fed Ex Ground, Freight, or possibly a third party freight forwarder. For Rush delivery on furniture items, please contact us. Please keep in mind, shipping times below are once the order ships:

Ground 5-9 business days
Express 3-4 business days
Next Day Air 1-2 business days

Alaska and Hawaii: Please add 2-4 days for shipment and an additional shipping surcharge of 20% of your order subtotal. Also, there are some large furniture items that cannot be shipped to customers in Alaska and Hawaii. In those cases, tottini customer service will alert you immediately and reserves the right to cancel those items in your order. You will not be charged for any item that does not ship to you.

International Orders: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. We also are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.
tottini will notify you promptly by email or telephone of any delays in shipping. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together (due to size and weight), and may be received separately. Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax and promotional discounts are applied. Prices are per shipping address. Some furniture and larger items may have an additional delivery surcharge to cover additional shipping cost.

Shipment Tracking:
You will receive a personal tracking number from tottini (unless otherwise stated) via email once your order has been shipped for you to personally monitor its progress in transit. (Please supply a correctly spelled email address you check regularly for this service.) NOTE: In some instances, you may not always receive your tracking numbers immediately on the shipping date. That doesn't necessarily mean your order hasn't shipped, it may just mean that we haven't received that particular batch of tracking numbers in yet or there may be a slight lag time in posting.

Shipping times stated in product descriptions are average estimates of when a product would usually "ship out" (picked up by carrier) under normal buying conditions and not precise. Orders submitted on weekends are processed on the next business day. tottini cannot be responsible for unforeseen circumstances which may occasionally interfere with an estimated delivery schedule. We make every effort to contact the customer as soon as we become aware of an item out of stock or anticipate a shipping delay. If a product is on back order or pre-order status, the item's product page should note any delayed shipping. Please, if you need an item for a specific date or important event, please contact us with your request for a more accurate estimate to avoid disappointment. Some items can be shipped express for an additional shipping cost.

UPS/FedEx Delivery Instructions:
Under certain circumstances, carriers will not leave package(s) unless they receive a signed note instructing them to do so. If you wish delivery in your absence, please be prepared to leave a signed note.

Consumers have a right to thoroughly inspect package contents when accepting delivery from handler and "noting" obvious shipping damage when signing. If no one is home when order is delivered, please inspect the contents as soon as possible and immediately report any damages sustained in shipping. (Products are not shipped out from any of our craftsman with damaged, torn or excessively taped packaging. If you receive your order in this poor condition, it was obviously sustained in transit and not the fault of the shipper.) Therefore, we ask that you please keep all packaging and contents for verification, and notify carrier and tottini about the damage.

Please call us immediately at 877.474.0400 and we will process a claim and/or replacement.

FedEx usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. tottini MUST be informed within 3 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim.

Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.

Back Orders and Out of Stock Product:
Back orders may occur on some items during heightened seasonal buying periods, therefore in the event any product is not reasonably available, we will inform you. We make every effort to contact the customer as soon as we become aware of an item out of stock or anticipate a shipping delay. If a product is on back order or pre-order status to our knowledge we make every effort to have this information on the item's product page.

Cancellation Policy:
On all shipments to customers, tottini incurs shipping and handling costs. If your order shipment is Cancelled, Refused (excluding damage claim), Unclaimed, or Undeliverable after shipping, we will only charge your account the outbound/turnaround shipping, handling and/or credit card processing fees when/if imposed upon tottini to recover our expenses. In addition, we also reserve the right to impose or waive a restocking fee upon the customer if imposed or waived upon tottini by the manufacturer.

Sales Tax:
We are required by law to charge 9.5% state sales tax on Washington orders.

Ordering Online:
(Any order submitted on a weekend is processed on the next business day.)
- Click product, then add that product to your shopping cart. You can then change the number of items in the quantity box by typing in the amount you'd like. Then click "Update Quantities" and it will be recalculated with your New Total. You can repeat this step and subtract quantities also if you change your mind. Click "Remove" link to remove items from your Shopping Basket. (NOTE: If there is a Drop-Down box selection for the item you want to purchase, you must FIRST highlight your choice before clicking the "Order or Buy" button.) Click "View Shopping Cart" button in left hand menu of any page when you're done shopping. Proceed by clicking the "Check Out" button to fill out your address and credit card information on a Secure Order Form.

Online Order Status Feature:
An estimated shipping time will appear shortly after your online order has been confirmed. This order status will remain visibly unchanged until your order has actually shipped, at which time you will be notified via email.

If there's ever a problem with any item you purchased us, we will do what we can to satisfy you. We will price match against any authorized dealer with proper verification prior to purchase.

tottini cannot be held liable for any special, incidental, consequential damage or bodily harm, resulting possession, usage or loss of any of the products we sell, either directly or indirectly. The limit of our liability will not exceed the replacement price of your purchase. (We reserve the right to correct typographical errors.)
