Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). Product must be in perfect condition along with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition returned after 30 days from the date of purchase shall be exchanged for store credit only and subject to a 25% restocking fee if applicable (less shipping costs and surcharges). Returns need to be made within 90 days of purchase.

Due to health and hygiene concerns, Breast Feeding and Potty products are final sale.

All custom orders, clearance and sale items, including display and/or floor models are final; no refunds or store credits available.

Please request a return authorization number and return address prior to returning you merchandise. Please contact us via phone or our contact us page - to get a return authorization number and the information will be forwarded to you within a business day. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to all returns received without an approved return authorization number. We will apply the return to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

If you received free shipping for your purchase, the refund for your return will be less the actual original shipping and handling charges. Please contact us if you would like to know the exact amount of your item’s original shipping charge before returning the item.

To return an item it must be returned in its original unopened manufacturer packaging. Refunds will not be issued for damaged or opened boxes that are returned.

To make a return or exchange simply call our Customer Service department within the 30-day guarantee period (toll free 877.474.0400) to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.

Please indicate the RA number on the outside of the packaging to ensure prompt processing.

Your return must be accompanied by the receipt and must include your RA number.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Product must be in perfect condition along with all original packaging intact. Items not in original packaging will receive store credit. We recommend the return be sent via traceable method.

After our 30 day guarantee period your return will be for store credit only. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges.

Returning your Flor order

We want you to be completely satisfied with your FLOR purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return any of your FLOR product that is unused and in new condition within 30 days of purchase date for a refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). No refunds after 30 days. Customers must obtain advance authorization from a tottini employee in order to return merchandise. Please call 1.866.474.0400 within the 30 day period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping returned product to FLOR. We recommend you insure your package with a reputable carrier in the event of loss or damage. Any damage caused during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy:

On all shipments to customers, tottini incurs shipping and handling costs. If your order shipment is Cancelled, Refused (excluding damage claim) or Undeliverable after shipping, we will only charge your account the outbound/turnaround shipping, handling and/or credit card processing fees when/if imposed upon tottini to recover our expenses. In addition, we also reserve the right to impose or waive a restocking fee upon the customer if imposed or waived upon tottini by the manufacturer.
