Easy with a newborn With our first child we used a wipes warmer, but I found it to be a pain to use and the latch for the lid broke after only 6 months of use. I never liked the added complication of buying the foam pads and keeping them wet. My husband was so fed up with the broken latch he wanted to just use the plastic tubs the wipes are sold in at the store, but I wanted something with some weight to it for easy one-handed dispensing. The oxo tot wipes dispenser is perfect. I don't miss the warmers at all. This product is such a simple design, but it works perfectly. I've only been using it for a month, so I don't know if the plastic latch will hold up, but it has made newborn diaper changes so much easier. I have never needed 2 hands to get a wipe out of this dispenser. The wipes have stayed moist in a very dry climate and even with a husband who constantly forgets to shut the lid. Great buy. |
